KS3 & KS4 Science Tuition · Cambridge
Helping your child fall in love with science
Personal, encouraging science tuition for KS3 and KS4 pupils in Cambridge. We build confidence, deepen understanding, and make science genuinely exciting.
Subjects we cover
Tailored sessions across all three sciences, matched to your child's curriculum and learning style.
Biology
From cells and genetics to ecosystems and the human body — we bring the living world to life with clear explanations and real curiosity.
Chemistry
Atoms, reactions, and the periodic table made approachable. We connect the abstract to the everyday so chemistry finally clicks.
Physics
Forces, energy, waves, and beyond — explored with patience and enthusiasm. We build the foundations that make exam questions feel manageable.
How it works
Getting started is simple. We take the time to understand your child before we begin.
Send an enquiry
Tell us a little about your child, their year group, and what they're finding tricky. No pressure — just a friendly conversation.
Free online consultation
We'll have a short call to understand your child's needs, goals, and learning style before recommending anything.
Tailored sessions
Sessions are built around your child — their pace, their questions, their curriculum. Progress you can see.
A tutor who genuinely loves science
Based in Cambridge, I've spent years helping KS3 and KS4 pupils go from confused to confident. My approach is patient, encouraging, and always led by the pupil — because every child learns differently.
I hold a PhD in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, and I am currently Head of Science and Computer Science at a local secondary school. With 20 years of teaching experience — and a background in industry before that — I know exactly what the exams require and how to make the journey there feel achievable.
